01Overview
Servicia ("we", "us", "our") provides a platform that helps service businesses manage clients, bookings, services, and payments. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, in line with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
By creating a Servicia account or using our web dashboard and mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
02Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly, information generated as you use Servicia, and information needed to operate your subscription.
- Account and profile details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name
- Business data, including services, pricing, client records, bookings, and notes you enter to run your operations
- Billing information processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers
- Device, log, and usage data collected automatically to keep the platform secure and improve performance
- Messages and attachments you send us through the contact form or support channels
03How we use your information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Servicia, to process subscriptions and payments, and to keep you informed about your account.
- Operate and maintain your Servicia workspace
- Process subscription billing and payments
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests
- Send service, security, and billing notifications
- Improve features and monitor platform performance
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse
06Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

We apply technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular monitoring, to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09International data transfers

Servicia is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you.
