By creating an account or using Servicia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Servicia on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

Servicia is a software platform that helps service businesses manage service catalogs, client records, bookings, and payment tracking through a web dashboard and mobile app.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Servicia. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Servicia offers Starter, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans billed in Moroccan Dirhams (DH) as described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in these terms. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice before it takes effect.

Where offered, a free trial lets you evaluate Servicia before committing to a paid plan. At the end of the trial, your subscription will continue on the selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

You agree to use Servicia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of the business, client, and booking data you enter into Servicia ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to store client information in Servicia.

Servicia, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform as intended.

We aim to keep Servicia available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend the service, and we will try to minimize disruption where reasonably possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servicia and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Servicia harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Servicia if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. You may stop using Servicia at any time by cancelling your subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of Servicia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
